I am trained in multiple modalities of treatment, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I use personalized and innovative evidence-based care to treat children, adolescents, adults, and families. Change is difficult, but I am committed to providing a warm and supportive environment that will empower you to take the necessary steps to accomplish your goals. In treatment, I will work to make you feel safe to explore and gain insight into your current struggles and to take responsibility for making behavioral changes in your life.
